Le logiciel ne reconnaît pas le périphérique. Tentative en ethernet et en wifi, rien ne fonctionne. Quand Woodpecker est contacté, après 3 jours ils me demandent si j’ai bien fait les branchement alors que le ping IP est lu dans les commandes. Je suis sans voix et je n’ai plus confiance. J’espère que Dentaltix récupéreront le matériel et le feront un remboursement intégral sachant que j’ai payé un informaticien en plus pour l’installer sans succès.
