Dental hybrid ceramics in high translucency blocks

VITA Enamic are hybrid ceramic blanks with acrylate polymer, glass ceramic or composite, which have an integrated interface with an adhesive/titanium base and are used for CAD/CAM fabrication of implant-supported dental prostheses. These blocks are available in translucent (T) shades, ideal for full crowns and restorations in elderly patients, and high translucency (HT) shades, which are specially designed for full and partial crowns, veneers, and cervical veneers.

Features of VITA Enamic:

• Hybrid dental ceramic with dual matrix structure.
• They are used for the CAD/CAM manufacture of dental prostheses on implants.
• Its elasticity is similar to dentin, due to the absorbent properties of the material.
• Excellent angle stability.
• Good abrasion behaviour.
• They are highly resistant to bending.
• It has an integrated anti-cracking function.
• High precision at the thin ends of the marginal areas.
• Fine structure.
• The processing is extremely fast, therefore, it can be placed in the mouth after CAM packaging and polishing.
• Available in different sizes: IS-16 and IS-14.
• Contents: 1 pack containing 5 units of Gr. IS-14L, 2M2-T.

Considerations for use of VITA Enamic:

• High translucency (HT) shades: suitable for full and partial crowns, veneers and cervical veneers.
• Translucent shades (T): suitable for full crowns to mask discoloured or dark stumps and dental restorations in elderly patients.
