Vidu Universal MTA is a biocompatible endodontic repair cement with excellent marginal sealing.
Features of MTA Universal Endodontic Repair Cement:
- Universal application.
- Recommended for pulp capping and repair of internal resorptions, Pulpotomy.
- Also used in repair of root perforations (during endodontics), root end filling (retrograde) and apexification / root filling ( orthograde).
- It is composed of very fine hydrophilic particles of various mineral oxides.
- In contact with the MTA-Universal liquid it forms a gel that hardens forming a waterproof barrier.
- MTA-Universal is supplied in DirectCaps which are easily activated and the contents of the capsule are easily ejected with the DirectGun.
- The mixing of the capsules (mixing time 30 seconds) is achieved with a high-frequency mixer with about 4,300 oscillations/min such as Capmix.

- Repair of root perforations (during endodontics).
- Root end filling (retrograde).
- Pulp capping / apexification / root filling (orthograde).
