INTRAORAL WELDER FOR IMMEDIATE LOADING ON IMPLANTS

The intraoral welder features:

• The GenWeld intraoral welder achieves rigid attachment and immobilisation of the dental implants during surgery time.
• Proper splinting of dental implants has been shown to have a very significant impact on peri-implant tissue response when performing immediate loading procedures.
• The rigid union of implants is obtained thanks to the intraoral welder reduces the stresses suffered by each implant and similarly minimises micro-movements, allowing much more predictable immediate loading procedures.
• For this reason, endoral welding is the most simple procedure for the restoration of edentulous cases on the same day of surgery: immediate loading.
• The intra-oral welding process is based on the fusion or non-crystallisation technique, which describes the union of two metal surfaces when sharing their atoms. This is known as the welding point.

Use of intraoral welder:

• The "non-crystalisation technique" is a phenomenon by which, through a very high voltage current, for a very short time (milliseconds), the interconnection of two titanium prisms is allowed producing the resulting weld.
• GenWeld is a second generation intraoral welder machine that can achieve this fusion of the bar and the titanium of the implant / pillar with the use of argon.
• It has preset programs for different bar diameters and therefore, provides the exact amount of energy required for reliable intraoral welding without causing undesirable effects on the adjacent soft tissue.
• This intraoral welder can be used to join multiple implants together with a titanium bar, so they can be used for immediate loading.
• Joining dental implants by this method reduces any possibility of micromovement so that osseointegration is not hampered.
