XIOS SCAN PLATES

Xios Scan offers a simple introduction to the world of digital X-ray imaging. If you want to switch from analog to digital without having to abandon your proven and validated methods, image plate technology offers you many possibilities. You can experience many of the benefits of digital imaging without a darkroom or chemicals, while your computer continues to work at your usual flow.

It works with a resolution of up to 22 line pairs/mm. The result of the scan is exceptionally sharp and detailed images that offer the ideal conditions for accurate diagnosis.

The plate insertion mechanism was designed so that the image plates are not under load. During the scanning process itself, a laser-based scanning process prevents any scratches. In this way, your plates have an extremely long life for optimal image quality, which means fewer plate orders even when the plates are in constant use.
