Description
Septodont R.T.R.+ bone grafting material
R.T.R.+ bone graft is a bioactive, bone-conductive material that provides a matrix for new bone growth, has a micro and macro porous structure that mimics human bone and has proven to be an ideal osteogenic matrix for bone regeneration and establishes an appropriate environment for cell colonisation.
Features of the R.T.R.+ two-phase material:
- Sterile and fully resorbable.
- Allows for timely resorption.
- It leads to the creation of a strong and qualitative new bone.
- Biphasic formulation combining the bioactive ß-tricalcium phosphate and stable hydroxyapatite.
- They allow to control the pace of bone grafting procedures.
- Contents: 1 syringe of 0.5 CC.
Available in two formulas:
- R.T.R.+ 80/20 (80% tricalcium ß-phosphate / 20% hydroxyapatite) Supports natural bone formation in a short time.
- R.T.R.+ 40/60 (40% tricalcium ß-phosphate / 60% hydroxyapatite) Fully respects the natural bone creation rhythm.
Indications for the R.T.R.+ Two-Phase Material:
- Reconstruct bone loss or defect in maxillofacial applications.
- After tooth extraction.
- Post extraction socket preservation.
- In intraosseous/periodontal/peri-implant defects.
- For ridge augmentation.
- Sinus lift.
- Fillings in cystic cavities.
