ICE has been replaced by the Luna composite
Description
ICE Composite Nano Hybrid for anterior and posterior teeth. Polishing capacity and resistance all in one.
Nanometric Filling
The nanometric filling generates a long-lasting polishing of the composite resin. Hybrid technology allows a high fill load to increase strength.
Color Stability
The optical properties of resin composites change over time, especially when related to surface degradation and chemical reactions of the tertiary amine accelerator '(1). Ice is the least affected by accelerated aging.
Natural Fluorescence
Ice contains a fluorescent agent that ensures perfectly having teeth with a natural appearance under ultraviolet light.
Non-stick handling
Ice is not sticky, and facilitates its application in anterior and posterior restorations. Ice does not detach itself or stick to the instruments. Ice's firm consistency in the package ensures tight contact points.
Low shrinkage
Ice shows the lowest shrinkage of polymerization. Using longer resin chains with less monomer bonds, Ice has a very low shrinkage. Low shrinkage reduces sensitivity and microfiltration; An effective seal against microfiltration diminishes the potential development of secondary caries.
Translucency
The translucency of ice allows the light to pass through, assisting the combination between the tone of the tooth and composite, and allows to compensate for minor errors that occur in the selection of tones. The result is a low level of opacity, greater translucency and more natural restorations. Ice is very translucent and reflects the dental structure that surrounds it to ensure an indivisible restoration.
Resistance to compression
The high compressive strength increases the longevity of composites by supporting masticatory forces. Ice's optimum level of filling maximizes strength.
High level of filling
Ice's excellent wear resistance is due to the vitreous strontium filler type and the high load level.
Ice's 19 tones are ideal for all types of anterior and posterior restorations. A1, A2, A3, A3.5, A4, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3, D2, D3, D4, OA2, OA3, OA3.5 bleach, incisal.
Indications:
• Restorations on anterior teeth
• Restorations on posterior teeth
• Carillas
• Intracoronary inlays / extracoronary inlays
• Reconstruction of stumps
• Classes I, II, III, IV, V
Instructions for use
Isolate the tooth, prepare the cavity.
1. Etch the surface of the tooth for 20 seconds with 37% Super Etch phosphoric acid.
2. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Remove excess water. Eliminate excess.
4. Apply Stae by saturating all internal surfaces or bonding agent according to the manufacturer's instructions.
5. Apply a gentle burst of dry, oil-free air for 2 seconds to evaporate the solvent. Leave a shiny surface.
6. Photocure for 10 seconds.
7. Apply Ice in increments of 2mm or less in:
7.1. Restorations on anterior teeth.
7.2. Restorations on posterior teeth.
8. Photocure Ice for 20 seconds in 2mm increments.
9. Polishing and finishing.
