The curved Mathieu forceps are ideal for vesticular and lingual orthodontics. Facilitates access to rear positions.

Due to the hardness of the tungsten, this material is inserted into the tips of all Otto Leibinger cutting pliers.

This material also gives a longer service life than steel pliers. However, they are more sensitive to chemicals and require special treatment.

Maintenance instructions for tungsten pliers

• Use a cleaning solution containing a corrosion protector.
• Do not use ultrasonic cleaning devices, as the tungsten tips may become detached or chipped.
• After cleaning and before the sterilization process, please make sure that the instruments are perfectly dry.
