Nylon Sutures

Nylon Sutures are blue, non-resorbable, monofilament sutures characterized by high tensile strength. The smooth soft surface of the nylon sutures allows them to slip atraumatically through the tissues, as well as an easy removal of the stitches. Being a monofilament, the accumulation of bacterial plaque in the sutures is also drastically reduced.

Nylon sutures are especially suitable for skin closure, plastic surgery and general surgery.
