Esthetic Colorant Characterisation System

Characteristics of Esthetic Colorant:

• Colouring system for pre-sintered zirconium oxide structures.
• Specifically designed for the Katana Zirconia Multi-Layered series.
• Quick and easy individualisations.
• It allows a wide variety of unique features to be effectively imitated in the colour structure.
• Apply to the monolithic or anatomical restoration after milling.
• Use with a metal-free brush or a brush pencil, preferably a Liquid Brush Pen.
• Results in highly natural colour effects by blurring the interior of the structure and fixing while sintering (no additional firing).
• Designed in a way that limits the reduction in resistance and avoids failures.
• Content: 12 bottles of 12 ml in the colours opaque, white, pink, violet, blue, grey, orange, brown, A Plus, B Plus, C Plus and D Plus.

How to use Esthetic Colorant:

1. Preparation: clean the restoration.
2. Colouring: apply the colours of the desired range for the restoration.
3. Drying: 30 minutes (minimum) at 80-200ºC on a ceramic tray (avoid contact with metal).
4. Sintering: according to preferred programme.
5. Finishing: Finish by polishing, glazing or applying a porcelain coating.
