The latest generation acrylic resins of the Qdent range allow the fabrication of removable dental prostheses with a single material. No need for metal hooks or other attachments.

Its main advantage is its dual behaviour, with flexibility or rigidity depending on the thickness of acrylic applied.

Its characteristic flexibility is maintained in thicknesses of less than 2 mm, from this thickness it loses its flexibility up to 3 mm. When designing retainers, their width and volume must be taken into account.

Instructions for use and recommendations for Qdent Acrylic Resin:

• The mixing ratio of the acrylic should be 10 grams of powder for every 8 grams of liquid.
• Polymerisation shall be carried out at 45º C, with 1.5 bar pressure for 45 minutes.
• The parallel wax, especially for transparent retainers, should be high temperature (80-90°C) and dye-free.
• You can make dentures with pink bases and clear and/or white retainers using the powder and liquid for clasps.
• The monomer for base (pink colours) and the monomer for retainers (white or transparent) are different and not interchangeable.
• It is advisable to store the powder in a refrigerator.
• The process must be carried out according to the instructions in a precise manner to ensure the properties offered by the product.
