Mestra Galaxy Sandblasting Machine with Static Spray Gun

Sandblasting machine with removable rotating basket for the automatic sandblasting of skeletons and a static gun with a nozzle diameter of 3 mm. It is also possible to sandblast by hand.

The Galaxy machine allows a large amount of sand to be accumulated thanks to its oversized hopper and has an unbeatable view of the inside of the chamber thanks to its large window. The machine's controls have been simplified as much as possible to allow easy operation: a button for manual blowing; a knob for the timer; and a pressure regulator with its own built-in pressure gauge, so that the blowing pressure can be known at all times.

The sand hopper has a capacity of up to 12 kg of sand. This volume, together with its steep depth and steep drop angles, allows the machine to operate fully automatically for more than 30 minutes.

The Galaxy Static Spray Gun sandblasting machine has a button for manual blowing. In this way, and by orienting the nozzle correctly, it is easier to carry out small touch-ups on the workpieces after automatic sandblasting.

Protective sleeves help to close the working chamber while blasting, preventing sand leakage.

The illumination is provided by a powerful fluorescent lamp, which offers faithful colour rendering without glare. The lamp is protected against sand splashes by a transparent polycarbonate shield.

• With a Boron Carbide nozzle, a new generation material that is up to 10 times harder than traditional Tungsten Carbide.
