Description
Mestra Ceramic Furnace
A fully automatic system, compatible with the different types of porcelain and brands on the market.
Includes a high vacuum pump.
Precise user interface thanks to its wide display with abundant information about the process development and that facilitates the programming.
Allows to store multiple programs customizing the process:
- Modifying parameters such as: temperature and drying time, heating speed, maximum temperature, holding time, cooling, vacuum times and levels, etc.
All these parameters allow us to define the optimum cycle for each type of material, achieving perfect results. To improve the accuracy it is possible to calibrate the temperature.
The furnace has different alarms that will warn of any anomaly (broken thermocouple, resistance, failure in the vacuum system, etc.).
