Orthodontic chains are a supplement to the fixed orthodontic appliance that the orthodontist attaches to the brackets. These are elastic ligatures that are linked together to form a chain. This elastic chain chain allows the dentist to cover several teeth at the same time and to perform the necessary dental movements.
To adapt to the needs and tastes of each orthodontic treatment patient, there are 3 sizes available, with a choice between closed (2.3 mm), open (3.5 mm) and long (4.0 mm).
