HYDROPAST presents calcium hydroxide in its composition, an important element to induce the formation of repair dentine and used as a material intraradicular in endodontic procedures.

Calcium hydroxide gives the product antibacterial action, depriving the residual microorganisms of their nutritional supplement, preventing future infections inside the root canal system.

This component also has excellent biocompatibility and stimulates the remaining tissue, favouring repair by tissue enzymatic activation, generating a mineralizing effect.

Induces the formation of restorative dentine, allowing an increase in calcification of the pre-existing dentine chamber offering better conditions of protection to the pulp when subjected to injuries.
