Description
Bader Dental Wax Induction Heater
The Bader induction heater is an ideal device for prosthetic and orthodontic dental laboratories. It is used to heat metal spatulas and wax modelling instruments. Its effective use is due to its speed in heating the instruments, as it heats up within 1.5 to 3 seconds. In addition, as it is induction induction, it does not generate any flame, perfect for maximum protection of use and has protection in case of overheating and when the instrument is removed, the circuit turns off automatically.
Features of the Wax Heater:
- Designed for use in high frequency and alternating magnetic field.
- Equipment for heating spatulas and metal instruments for wax modelling in the dental laboratory.
- High precision microprocessor, providing sophisticated automatic protection.
- Safe and efficient as no flame is used for heating.
- Sensitivity adjustment: enables adjustment, and does so precisely, because the magnetic field sensor can be adjusted by sensitivity.
- The circuit turns off automatically when you remove the spatula or instrument from the heater, leaving only part of the microprocessor circuit to work.
- It has a fan on the inside to promote cooling.
- Supplied with plug, power cord and switch.
- It has a rubber container inside to collect the wax residues released by the instruments. This can be removed whenever you wish.
- Maximum usage protection and energy efficiency.
- Ergonomic design.
- It does not require the use of a laboratory Bunsen burner.
- Content: 1 unit.
Technical specifications of the induction heater:
