Dentaltix is the largest e-commerce in the dental sector in Spain, with presence throughout Europe. If you have been to the dentist in the last two years, probably some of the products were purchased on our website.
Thanks to the sustained growth of the company, we have the opportunity to incorporate a Marketing Automation specialist, a key role for the company's scalability in all the markets it operates.
Your main objective will be to lead the design and execution of the communication flows, from specific campaigns to the automated ones. You will have to use different channels (mail, sms, push notifications, pop ups), to improve conversion, loyalty and increase the customer value.
You will work within the marketing team, reporting to the CMO and you will be in constant coordination with the sales, content and catalogue teams.
Main responsibilities:
- Communication Management:
- Designing, planning and execution of email campaigns and other digital channels.
- Development of communication plans, working on segmentation and personalization of content to improve conversion.
- Creative writing: Copywriting of claims and business arguments.
- Understand and apply email marketing best practices.
- Develop a Marketing Automation Strategy:
- Set up and run industry-leading sales & marketing automated campaigns that leverage the power of our marketing automation platform.
- Create audience segments to communicate with our database in a more personalized way and measure the impact of every action.
- Exploit our own database in order to generate marketing qualified leads.
- Ensuring seamless lead flows from website enquiry to the CRM.
- Propose continuous improvement of current flows and future campaigns.
- People Management and Coordination:
- Work collaboratively with other departments such as content marketing and catalogue, to ensure automated campaigns achieve company goals.
- Coordinate with the sales team and main suppliers to analyze sales performance and improve our campaigns, making them more effective.
- Deal hunting and deal selection.
What are we looking for?
Skills and Experience:
- Experience executing email marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Automation experience including strategy and execution.
- Excellent organizational skills and team player.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Assertive communication and synthesis capacity skills.
- Project management skills with different stakeholders (content, sales, social media, etc).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO, Adwords, Social Media and Analytics Platforms.
- Native Spanish and high level of English, enough to communicate in an international environment.
Desired Skills (not a must, but a plus):
- Good technical knowledge of marketing platforms and good knowledge of relevant coding languages (HTML, SQL, Javascript, etc.)
- Knowledge of dental industry and products.
- Experience working in e-commerce or dental industry.
