Features of Zetalabor silicone:

• High hardness condensation silicone, good mechanical properties and precision.
• Especially indicated for:
• Countermuffle for removable prostheses made of thermopolymerizable resins.
• Repair of removable prostheses.
• Keys for prostheses in self-polymerizing resins.
• Keys for gingival reproduction with indirect technique.
• Also useful for keys for composite and provisional polyglass composite.
• Resists temperatures up to 100ºC.
• Necessary to mix with gelcatalyst.
• For use with techniques with hot and cold resin.
• Times: 30'' mixing time, 2' working time and 6' polymerization time.
• Reproduction of 20 μm details.
• After one hour it reaches a hardness of 80 Shore A.
• The variation with the catalysts is two 60 ml tubes of Indurent LAB.
