Parcel package was burst along the bottom seam during transit. It's vital that plasters are not exposed to atmospheric moisture so their setting expansion can be accurate. I cannot use this plaster because I do not know how long the seal on the pack has been open, and I have no idea of how much it has been contaminated. Very disappointing, this product needs to be shipped with more robust cushioning or else the manufacturer needs to improve the packaging. Either way I am unlikely to purchase it or anything else from Dentaltix again.
