Ultradent is an extraordinary dental products company in many ways, especially for being a family business still run by its founder, Dr. Dan Fischer. Back in the 1970s, while still a student at Loma Linda University in California, Dr. Dan Fischer developed products to correct material deficiencies and improve dental procedures. His first creation, the hemostatic agent Astringedent, allowed him to establish his own business in 1979. The first product line of Ultradent began to be elaborated in the same address of Fischer, thanks to the work of members of the family.
