Riva Luting Conventional Filling Cement Powder / Liquid

Riva Luting is a self-curing glass ionomer based luting cement. With ionglass technology, a radio-opaque reactive glass with a high ion release that is used in several SDI cements. Riva Luting releases substantially high fluoride to assist with remineralisation of the natural dentition.

Characteristics of Riva Luting Filler Cement:

• This cement is self-curing and is designed for final cementing.
• Patented ionglass technology.
• It has a high fluoride release, which helps prevent tooth decay.
• Low solubility, high resistance to acid erosion. This makes long-term restorations more predictable.
• Available in a single universal light yellow shade.
• It flows quickly into the preparation.
• High flexural strength, can withstand masticatory forces and provide long-term retention of indirect restorations.
• Mixing time: 20 seconds.
• Setting time 2:20" min.

Indications for Riva Luting:

• Cementation of metal, metal-porcelain, inlays, onlays and crowns.
• Cementation of stainless steel crowns.
• Cementing of posts and bolts.
• Cementation of metal orthodontic bands.
• As a base.
