INSTRUMENTS WITH TUNGSTEN TIPS:

Given the tungsten’s hardness, said material is inserted into the tips of all Otto Leibinger cutting pliers.

This material also has a longer lifespan than steel pliers.

However, they are more sensitive to chemicals and require special treatment.

FOR THE PERFECT MAINTENANCE OF THE PLIERS WITH TUNGSTEN THE FOLLOWING MUST BE CONSDIERED:

Use a cleaning solution that contains corrosion protector.

Do not use ultrasonic cleaning devices, as they can splinter or completely take off the tungsten tips.

After cleaning and before the sterilisation process, please make sure that the instruments are perfectly dry.
