With the Root ZX Mini, Morita puts all the design and technology of an apex locator with absolute precision and portability in the palm of your hand.

Stylish, high-performance device that is also lightweight and compact, making it easy to store wherever you want. It also has an automatic calibration function that enables high accuracy and eliminates adverse effects.

You can also, in combination with the TriAuto Mini, obtain a modular system that can be used flexibly. This allows you not only to measure, but also to prepare the root canal.

The Root ZX Mini complies with the European Directive 93/42/EEC, which contains the requirements for electromagnetic compatibility.

The Root ZX Mini is available in four colour variants: white, red, green and blue.

Excellent measurement quality:

• Accurate Endodontic Measurement Results.
• The measurement is not affected by blood or irrigation fluids.
• File activation function, the indicator is activated when you insert the file into the root canal and the number of bars remaining to reach the set working length is displayed in the lower left corner of the screen.
• Apex position function, the colour changes from black to green to indicate that a critical area near the apex has been reached.
• Setpoint position, the triangle on the right side of the screen shows that the set setpoint has been reached.
• Finally the APEX Position, the apex is located by displaying the pink area of the screen labelled APEX.

LCD readable colour display:

• It has an indicator light that functions as a reference point for the duct measurement.
• Memory bars that you can use to mark any important area of the duct (bends or any specific distance from the apex).
• It has a digital display with two functions:
  • Standby mode: default number for the indicator light.
  • During measurement: number of bars before the indicator light is reached
• Indicator that allows you to see how much charge the battery has.
• Loudspeaker.
• Duct length indicator.
