Features of the Mestra Handy Compos Verticulator:

• Spacers that allow the height of the counterbore to be adjusted over a very wide range.
• Magnets to fix the castmodel on the removable plate.
• The counter magnets are used to mount the plate to the articulator.
• Large posts or columns that allow to close the muffle/plunger and the counter-muffle, forming a rigid and stable structure.
• The final height of the assembly can be adjusted by means of the spacer rings on the posts.
• System for clean removal of the model and base during the working process. The system has two different extractor models.
• Mufla / Zocalador: cornerstone of the system. The rest of the elements will be assembled on top of this element in order to create the different versions. It is made of high-strength aluminium.
• The filler spheres are used to mix with the transparent silicone to produce a much more rigid and efficient material than silicone alone.

• Medium-sized transparent counter-snorkel: It is the small transparent cover that closes the set and allows to visualise the work for its correct design. In addition, it is possible to polymerise materials through it, because it allows light to pass through.
