Scannable bite registration material Flexitime Bite

Flexitime Bite is a scannable bite registration VPS material that offers the dentist excellent reliability for universal bite registry and dust-free scanning for use with CAD/CAM technology.

This bite registration material is very comfortable for patients because of its texture and consistency (similar to whipped cream) and because of its quick application and short setting time. The cured material can be easily cut and milled with minimal risk of breakage.

Flexitime Bite Material Characteristics:

  • Standard bite registration in final bite position.
  • Bite fork coverage.
  • Needle point recording material.
  • Production of small segmented models.
  • Optical data of dust-free reproduced antagonists for CAD/CAM technology.
  • High final surface hardness D40.
  • Thixotropic: does not flow from the occlusal surface into the interdental spaces.
  • Scannable: optical engraving of the antagonist situation for CAD/CAM fabrication of prostheses, e.g. all-ceramic, without the use of powder.
  • Times: working time of 0:30 and minimum intraoral setting of 0:30.
  • Whipped cream-like consistency: no bite resistance preventing over-dimensioning of the bite.
  • Includes 6 mixing tips.
