• Vera PDN is an alloy specially developed for skeletal structures in removable partial dentures.
• It offers an ideal combination of casting precision and excellent mechanical properties.
• Provides inclusion-free castings with adjustable spring stiffness and elasticity that resists fracture.
• Its “hard” formulation allows for structures that maintain their shape even under extreme stresses.
The coefficient of elasticity and the yield strength prevent permanent deformations, even in components such as hooks or primary structures. The protective layer against rust is passive and stable, providing extremely high corrosion resistance. Ideal for torch casting or high-frequency induction casting.
• Recommended for removable prosthesis frameworks, mounts, clasps, acrylic substructures, and non-ceramic fixed crowns.
