Erkolen Transparent Thermoforming Sheets

Erkolen is a thermoforming material consisting of soft, supple and elastic sheets Erkodent branded sheets are suitable for the manufacture of appliances for dental and orthodontic treatment. These sheets are transparent and equipped with insulating foil for the fabrication of various dental moulds and temporaries (bridges and temporary crowns, cauterisation/transfer splints for brackets and as a spacer for fluoride gel). In addition, it is available in two diameters (120 mm, 125 mm) and different thicknesses (0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, 1 mm and 1.5 mm) to fit a wide variety of dental arches.

• Does not adhere to self-curing.
• Does not combine with acrylate.
• Soft with high elasticity and dimensional stability.

• Contains isolation sheets for the fabrication of castings/caps, bracket transfer masks and etch masks, fluoride gel spacers, and temporaries (cast only).
